About our undercarriage parts

We not only offer a complete range of undercarriage and undercarriage parts for excavators and bulldozers, but also track parts for asphalt pavers, hoists and forestry machines. Thanks to our experience and expertise, we are able to realize tailor-made solutions for the most specific applications.

We have the production completely in-house: all undercarriage parts are produced in our own factories. Chains

ITR chains are produced in our own factory and are available in a range from pitch 101 to pitch 317.

Sprockets

ITR sprockets are made of cast steel. In the design process, it is already ensured that the sprockets are always reliable.

Top- and track rollers

ITR bottom and top rollers are designed to perform at their best in even the toughest conditions.

Idlers

ITR running wheels are produced for bulldozers and excavators. They perform best even under extreme working conditions.

Track shoes

Roadliners and Rubber Pads

ITR roadliners and pads are suitable for earthmoving machines up to 25 tons.

Complete trackgroups

We can supply chains with pre-mounted track shoes (track group). We ensure that the plates are mounted correctly and the bolts are tightened to the correct number of Nm. You then only have to mount the track group on the machine.

Chain press

This mobile chain press is ideal for on-site assembly and disassembly of track chains. Compact, powerful, and reliable.

RECOGNIZE WEAR ON THE UNDERCARRIAGE

There are several ways to easily recognize wear and tear. An example is: The front wheel is completely stretched, this indicates wear in the pin and bushing group, causing the chain to become longer. Sprocket teeth are sharp and bushings have a flat side. To be sure of the condition of the machine’s undercarriage, we can carry out an inspection without obligation and advise you on this.
