ITR Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ITM Group, a global leader in the design and manufacture of undercarriage systems and components for the earthmoving industry. The transaction represents a significant strategic milestone that will strengthen the Group’s position in the global construction and mining markets.
Founded over 70 years ago, ITM serves OEM and aftermarket customers worldwide through an extensive manufacturing, service, and distribution network. The company is also recognized for its innovative undercarriage monitoring technologies and complete undercarriage solutions.
Expected to close in January 2027, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions, the acquisition will significantly enhance ITR Group’s industrial capabilities and global reach. ITM’s manufacturing centers in Europe, India, and Brazil will complement ITR Group’s existing operations, creating a stronger international platform that combines manufacturing excellence with a global distribution network.
Together, the two organizations will be better positioned to deliver a broader range of undercarriage solutions, enhanced customer support, and long-term value to customers worldwide.
