ITR Group has completed the acquisition of SCHLAM Payload, an Australian leader in mining load and haul solutions that supplies custom engineered equipment to more than 100 open pit mines across five continents.
SCHLAM specializes in the production of lightweight Hercules Mining Truck Beds for haul trucks ranging from 100t to over 300t, as well as Barracuda Loading Attachments designed for excavators, loaders, and backhoes with capacities between 100t and 600t.
This acquisition marks a significant step in the Group’s strategic growth, enabling ITR to enter the mining industry, reinforce its presence in the Australian market, and expand its product portfolio.
