Designed for high-impact applications.
ITR large buckets are developed for 40-90 tons excavators, where structural strength, wear resistance, and productivity are key to performance. Designed for heavy-duty applications, this range is built to operate efficiently in demanding environments such as quarries, large-scale excavations, and high-productivity earthmoving.
Bucket geometry is optimized according to ground type and material characteristics, ensuring the right balance between penetration, fill factor and material retention. Profiles are designed to handle a variety of ground conditions, from loose soils to compacted and abrasive materials maximizing efficiency and reducing cycle times.
The structure is reinforced in all high-stress areas, including side walls, bottom plates, edges and corner sections, to withstand extreme loads and continuous impact. The use of high-quality steels and increased plate thickness ensures resistance to deformation, fatigue and wear over time.
Special attention is paid to the design of the cutting edge and wear zones, where material flow and contact are most critical. Reinforced edges and optimized profiles improve digging performance while protecting the bucket structure.
The integration of wear-prone components plays a key role in extending service life. Side blades, guards, wear plates, pads, and other protective elements are strategically placed to reduce abrasion and protect critical areas. These components can be configured based on the application, allowing the bucket to be adapted to specific working conditions.
Compatibility with a wide range of earthmoving tools provides the flexibility needed to adapt the bucket to different materials, from general excavation to more aggressive or highly abrasive applications.
Designed for intensive use, ITR large buckets deliver consistent performance, reduced downtime and optimized productivity in the most demanding operations.
