ITR rubber tracks are designed, developed, and produced using the most advanced technologies available in order to ensure top quality and durability. Whatever your technical needs, we have the right tracks for you.
Years of experience, numerous field tests, and advanced design skills went into the development of our continuous cable system. It is currently included in all ITR rubber tracks, combining durability, flexibility, and strength for the entire track structure, reducing the rate of wear and improving operating efficiency. The internal core is protected with a thick layer of rubber capable of absorbing shocks and impacts.

Non-Metal Core Tracks 

NMCT rubber tracks comprise a rubber compound and heavy-duty interior cables. The absence of a metal core insert provides a lightweight, flexible track system, while the wide track and tread pattern gives improved traction without loss of floatation.

Non-Marking Tracks

ITR non-marking rubber tracks are made from a special blended material that does not harm the support surface in any way. They are ideal for use in urban centers or industrial warehouses where it is important to maintain paving intact and free of rubber track marks.

Conventional Tracks

Conventional tracks can only be used on undercarriages designed exclusively for rubber tracks. With conventional rubber tracks the rollers do not come into contact with the metal track guides except for track alignment and to prevent derailing. These undercarriages cannot run on steel tracks.

Interchangeable Tracks

Interchangeable rubber tracks can run on undercarriages designed for either steel or rubber tracks. With interchangeable rubber tracks the rollers operate in the same way as for steel tracks.
