Full control of manufacturing cycles
ITR retains full control of their production cycles, from design to projects, all the way to finished products.
In the internal Research and Development centres, teams of skilled engineers bring ideas and projects to life, realized in the Group's 18 production centres, which include an automated forming line for chain links with presses operating from 1600 to 4000 tons, and a foundry with casting capacity of over 18,000 tons per year.
The Group also benefits from the collaboration of selected partners who support the supply of certain products, which are constantly monitored to ensure consistency with the Group's high quality standards.
During the various stages of product creation, the departments dedicated to Quality Control conduct severe laboratory and field testing to guarantee top performance for ITR components.
The production and assembly stages have been optimized and standardized, striving for constant improvement in pursuit of the “0 defects” objective.
